If the coat says no: returns

Every pet is different. If a bottle isn't right for yours, returns go through the retailer you bought from, under their return policy.

   Open your orders

   Sign in where you bought the bottle and find it in your order history.

   Choose return or replace

   Pick the reason and follow the steps. Many items qualify within 30 days of delivery.

   Send it back

   Use the label or drop-off option offered, and your refund follows their policy.
