From shelf to food bowl: how shipping works

We don't pack boxes on this site. When you tap a buy button, you complete your order on Amazon, and they (or the seller they list) ship it to you.

1. You pick a bottle

   Choose the size or bundle that fits your pet and tap the button on its page.

2. You check out with the retailer

   Shipping speed, cost and delivery estimate are shown there before you pay.

3. The bottle ships

   Tracking comes from the retailer by email or in your account.

4. It lands by the food bowl

   Shake it, pour the first spoon and start counting weeks.
